Jaimie Ruddy
Recruitment Consultant / Labour Hire SpecialistJaimie has been with our Orange Office for over 3 years, providing service to the Central West. Jaimie is currently working part time, recently returning to the workforce after the birth of her 3rd child.
Jaimie commenced her working life as a hairdresser, completing her apprenticeship in 2004. Working in this industry for approximately 9 years, she then moved into the Public Sector working with Australia Post. From there Jaimie moved into Group Training, Job Services Australia and then local recruitment. Jaimie has completed her Certificate III in Hairdressing, as well as undertaken training in Youth Mental Health as well as Child protection training.
Jaimie is proof that the system works. She first came on board as a temp placement, working with a long term and valued client. After taking time off she has gone back to her strengths, working with people in the community and assisting them find suitable employment, as well as assisting local organisations fill their business needs.
