Recruitment Branch Manager
NicoleNicole is the Branch Manager of the Penrith office having been promoted in May 2018. She is a highly skilled professional, who has over 12 years of solid recruitment experience within the labour hire and temporary sectors of recruitment.
Starting off in the industry at the forefront working as a Branch Secretary, Nicole has grown and developed through different areas of recruitment businesses throughout the years. Joining Complete Staff Solutions in 2014 as a Recruitment Administrator/Safety Officer, Nicole was very quick to step up to manage all aspects of WH&S and Drug and Alcohol Testing, servicing clients in the Western Sydney Region.
Nicole thrives on the fast-paced workflow of the recruitment industry, is extremely efficient, a great communicator and has a proactive approach. Nicole believes in outstanding customer service and this is evident in how she deals with our clients and candidates.
Nicole has completed a Diploma in WH&S, Certificate III in Pathology (Drug and Alcohol Testing) and holds a First Aid Certificate.
