NicoleNicole is the Branch Manager of the Penrith office having been promoted in May 2018. She is a highly skilled professional, who has over 12 years of solid recruitment experience within the labour hire and temporary sectors of recruitment.

Starting off in the industry at the forefront working as a Branch Secretary, Nicole has grown and developed through different areas of recruitment businesses throughout the years. Joining Complete Staff Solutions in 2014 as a Recruitment Administrator/Safety Officer, Nicole was very quick to step up to manage all aspects of WH&S and Drug and Alcohol Testing, servicing clients in the Western Sydney Region.

Nicole thrives on the fast-paced workflow of the recruitment industry, is extremely efficient, a great communicator and has a proactive approach. Nicole believes in outstanding customer service and this is evident in how she deals with our clients and candidates.

Nicole has completed a Diploma in WH&S, Certificate III in Pathology (Drug and Alcohol Testing) and holds a First Aid Certificate.

Cindy started with Complete Staff Solutions as a temporary casual in May 2015. 

She has a friendly and warm manner and is the first point of call for the Penrith Branch. We consistently receive wonderful feedback about her welcoming smile!

Cindy has had more than 30 years’ experience in customer service, telephone technique and face-to-face work.

She has a background in the insurance industry where she worked for 15 years as a sales and service business consultant and as a home claims consultant.

Cindy has had extensive experience in office administration and retail work. She has a Certificate III in Financial Services and other business and safety qualifications.

Cara joined our Penrith Branch in May 2014 with over 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry and she quickly transitioned from Receptionist to Recruitment Consultant.
Cara is one of the Complete Staff Solutions Penrith Building and Construction Consultants who is currently working on a number of Road and Civil Projects recruiting for roles such as General Labourers, Machine Operators and Traffic Controllers.
Cara holds a Certificate III in Pathology (Drug and Alcohol Testing) and Certificate III in Business Administration.

Melissa joined Complete Staff Solutions Penrith team in February 2016, having previously worked for a renowned international company for over 24 years. Within this time she has ranked a Top 10 Manager in the country, received accolades for her dedication and commitment to leading multiple stores to its sales targets, provided, and presenting recruitment and training programs around induction, safety, traineeships and career paths for managers and sound HR capabilities across NSW.
Melissa has a Graduate Diploma in Master of Business, and an extensive range of Certificate IV in Retail Management, Human Resources, Training and Assessment, Retail Operations and Assessment, and Workplace Training. Melissa also holds a Certificate III in Pathology (Drug and Alcohol Testing).
Melissa has a passion for helping and building career paths for her workers with a caring and understanding attitude. She continues to strive to deliver solid outcomes within herself and her workers, as she nurtures and forms a solid foundation for success.

Bettina Galt joined the Penrith team in February 2017. She has had more than 10 years’ experience in business management and administration and has a three-year background in human resources and recruitment.

Bettina takes pride in her work, aims to find the right person for the right job by building strong relationships with clients and candidates, with outstanding customer service. She can grasp new concepts quickly and apply them to her work. Her people skills help build a strong rapport with clients and staff.

Bettina’s specialties are civil and warehouse labour hire, blue and white collar recruitment of both temporary and permanent staff.

Bettina has completed her Certificate III in Pathology (Drug and Alcohol Testing) and Certificate lll in Business Administration. She is also studying for her Certificate IV in WH&S

Stephen Jolly

Stephen Jolly is the CEO of Complete Staff Solutions and has responsibility for the complete operation including the offices in Sydney, the Mid North Coast, Newcastle, and the Hunter and Central Coast regions. He has been involved in the employment industry for over 30 years.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Management and Industrial Relations. He has had extensive experience in recruitment and personnel, including the provision of labour hire services, permanent recruitment, outplacement services, and training to the public and private sector across a wide range of industries – including executive, administrative, professional, trades and labouring, along with personnel/management consulting.

Stephen has also designed recruitment solutions for a number of large-scale corporate and industrial clients. Stephen has experience in training and lecturing at various institutions, including TAFE, in-house training of clients, corporate events and seminars.

Stephen ensures that the delivery of all Complete Staff Solutions’ services are of the highest standard at all times.

Work Health & Safety and Welfare Manager

Beverley Parrott

Beverley Parrott has been a WH&S and Welfare Manager for the past 15 years and is responsible for the coordination of all Work Health and Safety for Complete Staff Solutions, including the updating of policy and procedures, education of consultants in new legislation, instructing contractors and temporary staff of Complete Staff Solutions in WH&S procedures and policies and management of Workers Compensation along with Return to Work facilitation.
Beverley’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (History), a Diploma of Education, a Certificate of Applied WH&S Management along with a host of WH&S related certificates such as manual handling, risk management and return to work coordination.
Bev is proud to be associated with the Central Coast and Newcastle Safety Groups and the Combined Hunter WH&S Network Group.
