Agneta is the Branch Manager of Complete Staff Solutions’ Grafton, focussing on providing outstanding service to clients in the greater Clarence Valley area. Agneta is responsible for growing our brand recognition and bringing new clients on board together with exceeding expectations of our current clients.

Having worked in management roles across different industries Agneta comes with vast experience in all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment strategies, for both labour hire and permanent recruitment, Project Management, and WHS compliance. Throughout her career, Agneta has built a solid knowledge of IR and Award Conditions enabling her to provide our clients with reliable information regarding pay and award conditions. In previous HR roles, as well as through her career with Complete Staff Solutions, Agneta has successfully managed all facets of WHS compliance and successful RTW. Agneta is certified to perform Drug and Alcohol testing under the Australian Standards and has been responsible for large scale random testing together with pre-employment testing services.

Through Agneta’s time with Complete Staff Solutions, she has been a part of the successful expansion of the company across the North Coast and enabled Complete Staff Solutions to be a known and trusted Labour Hire Supplier to many industries such as Construction, Trade, Hospitality, Administration and Customer Service based industries. Working in management and marketing roles, in addition to her time in HR, Agneta has gained further insight into what makes businesses successful and she has developed long-term relationships with many private clients as well as Government bodies.

Coupled with her experience in HR, Agneta has formal qualifications by attending Work Cover accredited training such as OHS Training for Committee members, Advanced Return to Work Coordination, and Cert IV in WHS. To further add to her skill set Agneta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management along with many courses in management, leadership, and training.

Meg Lees works in Grafton Branch as Recruitment Support. Meg has been working for Federal Government for the last 15 years in Disaster Recovery and Youth Support programs. This was a fast-paced and rewarding environment that formed her ability to relate to customer’s needs providing a professional and compassionate response.

Meg’s passion for renovating property’s has allowed her to engage in the local construction industry giving her a strong insight into the local market. Working at Complete Staff Solutions has allowed her to further build on her relationships with the local community and businesses.

Prior to her role with Federal Government, Meg studied Zoology at the University of New England and has completed several internal courses into work health and safety, anti-discrimination and cultural sensitivity which has equipped her with a strong skill set when providing recruitment support to the branch..

Meg brings to the team a very approachable customer service focus. With a strong understanding of local and federal government employment requirements, Meg has a dedication for placing the right person in the right job.

Ashleigh has been working with the Complete Staff Solutions Grafton branch since 2018, upskilling her recruitment experience after moving into the role from the airline industry as a Ground Handling Manager.

Ashleigh’s focus covers all aspects of the Complete Staff Solutions brand, including temporary and permanent placements and drug and alcohol testing.

As a Recruitment Consultant, Ashleigh has experience recruiting staff for a multitude of industries, understanding that each come with their individual needs and requirements. Some of Ashleigh’s recruitment experience includes large construction and civil construction projects, state and local government organisations, traffic control, care and support organisations, hospitality and production labour.

Stephen Jolly

Stephen Jolly is the CEO of Complete Staff Solutions and has responsibility for the complete operation including the offices in Sydney, the Mid North Coast, Newcastle, and the Hunter and Central Coast regions. He has been involved in the employment industry for over 30 years.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Management and Industrial Relations. He has had extensive experience in recruitment and personnel, including the provision of labour hire services, permanent recruitment, outplacement services, and training to the public and private sector across a wide range of industries – including executive, administrative, professional, trades and labouring, along with personnel/management consulting.

Stephen has also designed recruitment solutions for a number of large-scale corporate and industrial clients. Stephen has experience in training and lecturing at various institutions, including TAFE, in-house training of clients, corporate events and seminars.

Stephen ensures that the delivery of all Complete Staff Solutions’ services are of the highest standard at all times.

Beverley Parrott

Beverley Parrott has been a WH&S and Welfare Manager for the past 15 years and is responsible for the coordination of all Work Health and Safety for Complete Staff Solutions, including the updating of policy and procedures, education of consultants in new legislation, instructing contractors and temporary staff of Complete Staff Solutions in WH&S procedures and policies and management of Workers Compensation along with Return to Work facilitation.
Beverley’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (History), a Diploma of Education, a Certificate of Applied WH&S Management along with a host of WH&S related certificates such as manual handling, risk management and return to work coordination.
Bev is proud to be associated with the Central Coast and Newcastle Safety Groups and the Combined Hunter WH&S Network Group.
