Larissa Thomas is the Branch Manager of the Complete Staff Solutions office in Newcastle. Larissa has worked with the current team at Complete Staff Solutions for over 12 years. Larissa has responsibility for overseeing the operation of the recruitment process and delivery of quality customer service to all client and candidates.

Larissa has extensive experience in recruitment for industrial organisations and large scale recruitment strategies, along with the recruitment of both a temporary and permanent nature in all industries. To complement her experience in the recruitment industry, Larissa holds a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety and a Certificate IV in Business Management. She is currently completing a Diploma in Business (Human Resources).

Larissa’s strengths lie in really understanding the clients’ and candidates’ needs.

Rebecca provides high level administrative and recruitment support to the recruitment team. She has over 12 years’ experience in customer service and administration. She holds a Certificate III, IV and Diploma in Business Administration, and is currently studying a Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Rebecca joined the Complete Staff Solutions team in May 2017, making the transition from a career in the Local Government Industry, where she developed an appreciation for providing high quality customer service, administration and executive support.

Rebecca enjoys working with people and draws on her personal experience and knowledge to service the needs of our clients, candidates and team to the highest standard.

Sharon Dando

Sharon joined the Newcastle team in 2013 and has over 20 years’ experience in customer service and administration.

In Sharon’s current position as a Recruitment Consultant, she is responsible for permanent recruitment, labour hire, outplacement and resume service. Sharon plays an integral role with building relationships and assisting with clients’ recruitment needs. Sharon’s experience is primarily within the FMCG sector, construction industry including rail and has amazing results when it comes to placing the right person in an administration role.

Sharon is a Justice of the Peace, holds a Certificate III in Business and is also an Accredited Drug and Alcohol Technician.
Sharon’s people skills allow her to build rapport with clients and candidates and she has a passion for providing quality customer service.

Stephen Jolly

Stephen Jolly is the CEO of Complete Staff Solutions and has responsibility for the complete operation including the offices in Sydney, the Mid North Coast, Newcastle, and the Hunter and Central Coast regions. He has been involved in the employment industry for over 30 years.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Management and Industrial Relations. He has had extensive experience in recruitment and personnel, including the provision of labour hire services, permanent recruitment, outplacement services, and training to the public and private sector across a wide range of industries – including executive, administrative, professional, trades and labouring, along with personnel/management consulting.

Stephen has also designed recruitment solutions for a number of large-scale corporate and industrial clients. Stephen has experience in training and lecturing at various institutions, including TAFE, in-house training of clients, corporate events and seminars.

Stephen ensures that the delivery of all Complete Staff Solutions’ services are of the highest standard at all times.

Bev-Parrott-WHS

Work Health & Safety and Welfare Manager

Beverley Parrott

Beverley Parrott has been a WH&S and Welfare Manager for the past 15 years and is responsible for the coordination of all Work Health and Safety for Complete Staff Solutions, including the updating of policy and procedures, education of consultants in new legislation, instructing contractors and temporary staff of Complete Staff Solutions in WH&S procedures and policies and management of Workers Compensation along with Return to Work facilitation.
Beverley’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (History), a Diploma of Education, a Certificate of Applied WH&S Management along with a host of WH&S related certificates such as manual handling, risk management and return to work coordination.
Bev is proud to be associated with the Central Coast and Newcastle Safety Groups and the Combined Hunter WH&S Network Group.
