Sam has over 10 years within the recruitment industry with experience in the Job Placement networks and private sector recruitment.

Sam has been part of the Complete Team since early 2010 and has wide ranging experience in all facets of our business, most recently providing services to both local government and private sector. She has been responsible for placing a range of candidates from IT specialists, Contact Centre Personnel, Finance Personnel to Forklift Drivers, Welders and Laborers.

Sam and the team at Parramatta have a strong understanding of the Local Government Procurement Contract and services numerous Councils throughout the Greater Sydney District.

Sam also holds Certificate IV in OH&S to assist with ensuring we are meeting our safety obligations and placing our workers in only the safest of environments. Her customer service is second-to-none both to clients and candidates.

Amanda joined the Complete Staff Solutions Team in 2019, bringing 3 years of Childcare and Education experience with her.

Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Amanda specialises in allocating staff for our education sector, understanding the requirements of staff and child protection laws within this field. Meeting with clients, Amanda builds her knowledge of staffing requirements and assists in the recruitment of candidates for long term, permanent and casual positions.

Working alongside our Recruitment Consultants, Amanda assists in traffic control and labour hire, building her knowledge of clients staffing needs and suitable candidates for these roles.

Daniel is an energetic and highly motivated professional, having joined Complete Staff Solutions in 2018. Over the years, he has developed a strong background in customer service in both education and hospitality sectors.

Having experience in the initial development of sourcing clients, Daniel provides services as a Business Development manager. His strengths reside in statistical analysis, allowing him to fully comprehend the operations of prospecting clients sourcing recruitment services. His methodology and confidence are the attributes required to ensure that he delivers a professional and outstanding portfolio of our business.

Being responsible for the recruitment and service of candidates, Daniel specialises in Before and after school care in the Sydney metropolitan area.

Renee joined the Complete Staff Solutions team in 2018 bringing with her a wealth of customer service experience along with a strong background in Administration services.

As an ambitious and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant, Renee has had the experience to work and develop relationships within the Education sector where the recruitment and correct allocation of staff is critical in such an environment.

Her energetic drive to succeed has enabled Renee to thrive in the recruitment and successful employment of staff in various industries such as landscaping, building and construction, warehousing, Local Government, and agricultural recruits.

Beverley Parrott has been a WH&S and Welfare Manager for the past 15 years and is responsible for the coordination of all Work Health and Safety for Complete Staff Solutions, including the updating of policy and procedures, education of consultants in new legislation, instructing contractors and temporary staff of Complete Staff Solutions in WH&S procedures and policies and management of Workers Compensation along with Return to Work facilitation.
Beverley’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (History), a Diploma of Education, a Certificate of Applied WH&S Management along with a host of WH&S related certificates such as manual handling, risk management and return to work coordination.
Bev is proud to be associated with the Central Coast and Newcastle Safety Groups and the Combined Hunter WH&S Network Group.

Stephen Jolly

Stephen Jolly is the CEO of Complete Staff Solutions and has responsibility for the complete operation including the offices in Sydney, the Mid North Coast, Newcastle, and the Hunter and Central Coast regions. He has been involved in the employment industry for over 30 years.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Management and Industrial Relations. He has had extensive experience in recruitment and personnel, including the provision of labour hire services, permanent recruitment, outplacement services, and training to the public and private sector across a wide range of industries – including executive, administrative, professional, trades and labouring, along with personnel/management consulting.

Stephen has also designed recruitment solutions for a number of large-scale corporate and industrial clients. Stephen has experience in training and lecturing at various institutions, including TAFE, in-house training of clients, corporate events and seminars.

Stephen ensures that the delivery of all Complete Staff Solutions’ services are of the highest standard at all times.
