Penni Anderson

Penni is the Branch Manager of Lismore and joined the Complete Staff Solutions team in 2014. She has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment, together with administration and business management experience. As a Lismore local of many years, Penni is ideally placed to respond to the needs of local businesses unique to the Northern Rivers region and the specific employment conditions and requirements of this area.

In addition to her Management role, Penni also oversees our Trainee Management Services and manages a variety of trainees and apprentices across a vast range of industries and qualifications.

Penni has made strong connections with clients and candidates in the Lismore office which enables Complete Staff Solutions to continue to supply quality personnel to local employers. Penni prides herself on creating strong relationships with our workforce and ensuring that our workers have a positive experience during their time with the Complete Staff Solutions family.

Penni has a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and is dedicated to ensuring we provide the safest work environments for our candidates. She also has Certificate IV in Business Administration, and qualifications in Drug and Alcohol Testing and Return to Work Co-Ordination.

Alison Mallett

Alison is Recruitment Support for Lismore and joined the Complete Staff Solutions team in February 2018 bringing with her over 18 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, involving business development management, placement services, mentoring as well as educating and supporting injured workers in their return to work process.

Alison assists with both temporary and permanent recruitment for clients in the Northern Rivers across a broad range of industries from blue collar, white collar, community services and local Government.

Alison enjoys engaging with the local community and businesses and has built positive rapport with both our candidate and client base.  Alison has extensive knowledge of our local labour market and has an excellent understanding of our client needs to ensure we providing the highest level of service at all times.

Alison also has an Associate Degree in Law (Para legal Studies), Bachelor of Legal and Justice and most recently completed a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

Recruitment Consultant / Labour Hire Specialist

Tim Elliott

Tim is our Recruitment Consultant based in the Lismore office who joined us this year bringing with him a wealth of knowledge gained in over 16 years of managerial and recruitment roles. He has  conducted recruitment for private, government and the not-for-profit sector.

In addition to people and business management, Tim also brings with him an extensive knowledge of industries including construction, manufacturing, administration, hospitality and ICT.

By utilising his refined communication methods, Tim has been able to maintain and grow strong key stakeholder relationships with clients throughout the Northern Rivers of NSW and takes the time to learn about our clients’ businesses in depth to ensure we are sourcing and placing the right candidates for their needs. He is also dedicated to workplace safety and is a regular visitor to our many worksites around the area conducting safety checks, toolbox talks and working closely with our clients and candidates to ensure workplace safety.

Tim has qualifications in construction, drug and alcohol testing and is currently enrolled in Certificate IV Work Health and Safety.

Tim’s ability to build ongoing relationships with both candidates and clients enables our Lismore team to work efficiently by placing the right people in the right job at the right time.  He is dedicated to providing high level service to our clients with integrity and his knowledge of the local labour market gives Tim the industry insight required to work with all our stakeholders for positive outcomes.

David Elliott

David is the newest addition to the Lismore team and is our friendly Administration Trainee. David is a Lismore local and has worked in retail/customer roles for many years whilst at school and enjoys providing high-quality customer service to both our clients and our candidates.

David is currently studying a Certificate III in Business and has found himself at home within the fast-paced environment of labour-hire and recruitment in Lismore. Visitors to our office are greeted by David and he manages all enquiries in a friendly and informative manner. David also provides fantastic administrative support to the Lismore team to ensure we are able to provide the highest standard of service at all times.

Work Health & Safety and Welfare Manager

Beverley Parrott

Beverley Parrott has been a WH&S and Welfare Manager for the past 15 years and is responsible for the coordination of all Work Health and Safety for Complete Staff Solutions, including the updating of policy and procedures, education of consultants in new legislation, instructing contractors and temporary staff of Complete Staff Solutions in WH&S procedures and policies and management of Workers Compensation along with Return to Work facilitation.
Beverley’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (History), a Diploma of Education, a Certificate of Applied WH&S Management along with a host of WH&S related certificates such as manual handling, risk management and return to work coordination.
Bev is proud to be associated with the Central Coast and Newcastle Safety Groups and the Combined Hunter WH&S Network Group.

Stephen Jolly

Stephen Jolly is the CEO of Complete Staff Solutions and has responsibility for the complete operation including the offices in Sydney, the Mid North Coast, Newcastle, and the Hunter and Central Coast regions. He has been involved in the employment industry for over 30 years.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Management and Industrial Relations. He has had extensive experience in recruitment and personnel, including the provision of labour hire services, permanent recruitment, outplacement services, and training to the public and private sector across a wide range of industries – including executive, administrative, professional, trades and labouring, along with personnel/management consulting.

Stephen has also designed recruitment solutions for a number of large-scale corporate and industrial clients. Stephen has experience in training and lecturing at various institutions, including TAFE, in-house training of clients, corporate events and seminars.

Stephen ensures that the delivery of all Complete Staff Solutions’ services are of the highest standard at all times.
