She has an in-depth knowledge of the Mid North Coast, being a local all her life, which provides her with an understanding of employment conditions and requirements of employers in the area. Deborah has several formal qualifications in the principles and practices of Human Resources Management and Safety including a Certificate IV in Foundations of Human Resources, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety CRC Manager/Supervisor Training and Advanced Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.
