Specifically for candidates, other information that we may hold include your date of birth, qualifications, work history, skills, resume, salary/benefits, drivers licence details and information about your hobbies and interests. If you consent, we may also collect sensitive information (such as membership in a trade union or health information).
It is up to you to choose the information that you provide. We require this information to provide you with the best service possible. If you choose not to provide us with particular information that has been requested, we may not be best placed to provide the service that you have requested.

We keep your details for a period of six months from the last date of contact with you. If you are are a candidate who is registered with us, to ensure that you file is up to date you should contact us with any new information. That way we also know that you are keen and still available for work.
