At Complete Staff Solutions, we are committed to protecting the privacy of the information that you give to us. This document explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information for recruitment, flexible staffing and training purposes.

Your Personal Information

Some examples of the types of personal information that may be held include your name, company name and contact details. Specifically for candidates, other information that we may hold include your date of birth, qualifications, work history, skills, resume, salary/benefits, drivers licence details and information about your hobbies and interests. If you consent, we may also collect sensitive information (such as membership in a trade union or health information).

It is up to you to choose the information that you provide. We require this information to provide you with the best service possible. If you choose not to provide us with particular information that has been requested, we may not be best placed to provide the service that you have requested.

How we collect Personal Information

Complete Staff Solutions collects personal information in a number of ways, including:

  • Directly from you, when you provide information by phone or in documents such as a job order, application form or a resume
  • From clients to whom services are supplied as part of our contacting business
  • By contacting nominated referees; and
  • By searching publicly available information (such as the internet).
How we use your Personal Information

The personal information that we collect from you is for recruitment and contracting services, for example; by matching applicants or contactors to client needs or to enable Complete Staff Solutions to deliver the product or services required.

Will your Personal Information be given to anyone else?

We may disclose your personal information to the following parties;

  • Complete Staff Solutions agents, contractors (eg.People who are authorised to administer our computer systems or to other recruitment suppliers where we are working on a joint recruitment project, professional advisors, consultants and representatives)
  • Related companies and any companies involved in a corporate or business restructure by Complete Staff Solutions.
If you are a candidate we may also disclose your information to the following parties:
  • Your referees when reference checking
  • Your financial institution and others relating to your remuneration and benefits
  • Government bodies or others as required or authorised by law;

Can you access your Personal Information?

You have a right to access you personal information, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. For security reasons, you may be required to put your request in writing. Further, you may be charged a fee for searching and providing access to your information

How long does Complete Staff Solutions keep your details?

We keep your details for a period of six months from the last date of contact with you. If you are are a candidate who is registered with us, to ensure that you file is up to date you should contact us with any new information. That way we also know that you are keen and still available for work.
