At Complete Staff Solutions, we take a hands on, structured approach to managing Apprenticeships and Traineeships:

1. Recruitment: We carefully pre-screen candidates, verify qualifications and work rights, and contact referees to ensure suitability. We provide Host Employers with a shortlist of the best candidates to select from.
2. Training Coordination: Partnering with Australian Apprenticeship Network Providers, we prepare and sign Training Contracts, then collaborate with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) to create tailored Training Plans that align with workplace roles.
3. Placement Management: We ensure all parties understand their obligations, coordinate timely starts under the Training Contract, and provide a safe and compliant work environment through workplace inspections and WHS inductions.
4. Support and Monitoring: Our Account Managers check in regularly to track progress, verify training outcomes, and address any concerns. We ensure Apprentices and Trainees are meeting workplace and study commitments while developing essential skills.
5. Administration: We manage wages, allowances, superannuation, insurance, and all compliance requirements, so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
