Larissa Thomas

Larissa Thomas is the Branch Manager of the Complete Staff Solutions office in Newcastle. Larissa has previously worked with the current team at Complete Staff Solutions for over 8 years. Larissa has responsibility for overseeing the operation of the recruitment process and delivery of quality customer service to all client and candidates.

Larissa has extensive experience in recruitment for industrial organisations and large scale recruitment strategies, along with recruitment of both a temporary and permanent nature in all industries. To complement her experience in the recruitment industry, Larissa holds a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety and a Certificate IV in Business Management. She is currently completing a Diploma in Business (Human Resources).

Larissa’s strengths lie in really understanding the client and candidates needs.


Jenna Thomas

Jenna Thomas

Jenna Thomas has over 8 years customer service experience working within the hospitality sector. Jenna understands the complexities of the human resources industry, and has extensive experience with the recruitment process, having spent 5 years in a managerial position.

Jenna is responsible for liaising with and organising recruitment projects for key clients in Newcastle, the Hunter and Central Coast regions, and within the blue and white collar sectors. She has been involved in numerous large-scale recruitment campaigns, labour hire, outplacement, resume service and psycho-metrical testing with our team at Complete Staff Solutions.

Jenna has a Certificate IV in Human Resources, Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety, Certificate in Business Management and a Certificate III in Business Administration. Jenna has also attended a wide variety of courses related to Work Health and Safety, including Risk Management.


Sharon Dando

Sharon has over 20 years experience in the Banking Industry where her main focus was Customer Service & Administration.

Sharon has completed a Certificate III in Business Administration and since joining Complete Staff Solutions she has completed a certificate in Workplace Safety in the Construction Industry.

Sharon provides support to the team and is here to help you with any enquiries you may have.

We are enjoying having Sharon’s smiley face in the office and appreciate her high level of customer service she provides to absolutely everybody she comes into contact with.


Jamie Grant

Jamie Grant

With a mechanical and mining background, Jamie brings an industrial and blue collar dimension to the Newcastle CSS team. 

As well as a solid focus on industrial environments and WH&S, Jamie has strong business acumen, and is currently studying Certificate IV in Accounting enabling him to have a thorough understanding of your business needs, regardless of the industry.

Jamie holds a Certificate III in Administration, complementing his trade qualifications.

Esma Eftimova

Having worked in the Newcastle branch as a Recruitment Administrator for two years, Esma is very familiar with the daily administering of the recruitment operations of the business.

Coupled with her prior experience within the recruitment industry and having completed a Bachelor of Business, Esma sucessfully manages and coordinates the content on our social media, the company's website and informative resources, and with that she is doing a great job in enabling our stakeholders to keep up to date with Complete Staff Solutions. 

Esma also provides assistance with developing company policies, especially in the area of confidentiality and privacy, and with any generalities in relation to Workers' Compensation.


Stephen Jolly

Stephen Jolly

Stephen Jolly is the CEO for Complete Staff Solutions and has responsibility for the complete operation including the offices in Sydney, the Mid North Coast, Newcastle and the Hunter and Central Coast regions. He has been involved in the employment industry for over 30 years.

Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Management and Industrial Relations. He has had extensive experience in recruitment and personnel, including the provision of labour hire services, permanent recruitment, outplacement services and training to the public and private sector across a wide range of industries - including executive, administrative, professional, trades and labouring, along with personnel/management consulting.

Stephen has also designed recruitment solutions for a number of large-scale corporate and industrial clients. Stephen has experience in training and lecturing at various institutions, including TAFE, in-house training of clients, corporate events and seminars.

Stephen ensures that the delivery of all Complete Staff Solutions' services are of the highest standard at all times.


Beverley Parrott

Title:  Work Health & Safety and Welfare Manager

Beverley Parrott has been a WH&S and Welfare Manager for the past 15 years and is responsible for the coordination of all Work Health and Safety for Complete Staff Solutions, including the updating of policy and procedures, education of consultants in new legislation, instructing contractors and temporary staff of Complete Staff Solutions in WH&S procedures and policies and management of Workers Compensation along with Return to Work facilitation.

Beverley's qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (History), a Diploma of Education, a Certificate of Applied WH&S Management along with a host of WH&S related certificates such as manual handling, risk management and return to work co-ordination.

Bev is proud to be associated with the Central Coast and Newcastle Safety Groups and the Combined Hunter WH&S Network Group.

Michael Downey joined Complete Staff Solutions in mid 2014 as our new Business Development Manager to increase our presence in the Labour Hire market. With over a decade of experience Michael has turned Complete Staff Solutions into a known and trusted Labour Hire Supplier in the Construction industry. Michael's experience with a variety of workers ranging from General Labourers, Rail Workers, Security Guards, specialist construction workers right through to Tradesmen and Project Managers has allowed him to achieve this significant outcome. 

With our Complete Staff Solution Branches situated locally to the Road Projects, Michael has worked hard to secure key contracts with the civil contractors in the large civil road and rail sector across NSW and Queensland. Michael's vision is to continue building relationships with all the civil contractors and sub-contractors you see working on RMS and TMR road projects all across NSW and Qld. Michael and our entire Complete Staff Solutions team is committed to supplying the best civil construction workers to help build better roads, bridges, railways and other various infrastructure projects to help make Australia a better place.

Matthew Quinn is our Traffic Control Business Development Manager. It is Matthew's mission to drive our services further into the traffic control market. 

With over 12 years of experience in traffic management and constantly maintaining the highest traffic control qualifications, Matthew comes with an assurance that all traffic control projects will be managed above and beyond satisfactory requirements. Matthew is committed to being involved with traffic control projects from the word go, through the tendering process, pretender meetings, site meetings, traffic control plan / traffic guidance scheme design, traffic management plan design, local council / government / stakeholder liaison and site auditing.

Matthew's experience has empowered Complete Staff Solutions to offer a range of services such as Traffic Control Planning, Traffic Guidance Scheme designing, Construction and Traffic Management Plan designing, applying for RMS Road Occupancy Licences (ROLs), Council permits and other associated government bodies, provision of traffic control and much more. Complete Staff Solutions have been awarded a multiple major traffic management contracts with the RMS, local councils and various engineering companies.


Nathan Gilchrist

Nathan Gilchrist joined Complete Staff Solutions with over 15 years of experience working in the Rail and Civil Construction industry. 

Nathan is a trade qualified Re-surfacer but much prefers to spend his time working in or around the Rail industry. 

Quite early on in Nathan's career, he found himself working shut downs in the railway industry on various jobs nationwide. These works included: Re-Railing, Adjustments, Re-sleepering (Concrete, steel and Timber Sleepers), Galvanised Steel Troughing (GST works), Ground Laid Troughing (GLT works), and off siding Thermit Welders (aluminothermic welding). 

In his time, Nathan has held multiple roles such as: Leading Hand, Site Supervisor, Crew Coordinator and Foreman. Nathan worked on key infrastructure projects such as: Melbourne Metro, West Coast Wilderness Railway Tasmania, Muswellbrook to Werris Creek in the Hunter Region and most recently the Wickham Interchange Project in Newcastle. 

Having a close working relationship over the past 10 years with Michael Downey, our National Business Development Manager here at Complete Staff Solutions, coming here has been an easy transition. 

Nathan's main goal is to build up our Rail presence Australia wide and provide skilled Rail industry workers for any resleepering, rerailing, and or key infrastructure contracts on any ARTC or Sydney train lines within NSW. This includes providing workers either centrally or remotely on works that require workers to live away from home (LAHA).
