Michelle Gorman: Branch Manager

Michelle GormanMichelle has worked for our Central Coast and Western Sydney offices and is proud to have recently embarked on establishing our newest office in Penrith. Michelle has made a remarkable contribution to Complete Staff Solutions and will continue to do so in Penrith, with her strong background in recruitment. She has experience in all aspects of recruitment, including labour hire, temporary and permanent placements.
Her experience in sourcing the right candidate at the right time, ensures that she is able to build rapport and relationships with her clients and candidates. Michelle's account management experience ensures that she is able to build enduring and trustful relationships with her clients, which she finds the most enjoyable part of her role.
To compliment Michelle's experience she is currently completing a Bachelor of Business Management. She has completed several in-house training courses from OH&S to supervision of staff. She has also completed a Certificate III in Business, Employment Relations.

Derely Glover: Recruitment Consultant
Derely Glover Derely has in total close to 20 years experience in the recruitment industry. Derely's experience ranges from; recruitment administration, managing a branch (recruitment), and recruiting temporary and permanent staff. In addition to her expansive portfolio, Derely has outstanding account management experience. She has an ability to understand what clients require and is thus able to serve her clients very well. This ability flows onto the candidates, ensuring they are happy and content with their given tasks.
After an 8 year absence, Derely has recently returned to Complete Staff Solutions. Derely worked with Complete Staff Solutions for 10 years, and in that time gained valuable recruitment experience.
Derely grew up in the Blue Mountains and now resides in Penrith. She understands and is familiar with the Blue Mountains and Penrith regions. She is an active member in the community, and has completed in-house training courses from OH&S to staff supervision, and in the near future will be embarking on her HR degree. .
