Do you need a Job Seeker ID number?
Complete Staff Solutions is not a member of the Job Network and it is not a requirement for registering with our agency.

Can you still register for work if you are currently employed?
Yes. Many of our candidates are currently working. Or alternatively, if you are not actively looking for work at the moment, sign up for our job mail to alert you of future available positions which may interest you.

What are the fees associated with Complete Staff Solutions?

Our Service fee is highly competitive and we will always work with you to negotiate the best rate and service available for you. The employer, who requires our services, pays the fee. As per legal requirements candidates are never required to pay a fee to register with us for work opportunities.

Who is the employer of temporary staff?
All temporary staff are employed by Complete Staff Solutions. Complete Staff Solutions is the direct employer of temporary staff and the client is the host employer. Both parties have certain legal responsibilities according to state and federal legislation.
All temporary staff should always contact Complete Staff Solutions first in relation to any queries that they may have regarding the terms and conditions of their employment. Also temporary employees should advise both Complete Staff Solutions and the host employer of any absences or requests for leave as soon as you are aware of them.
Complete Staff Solutions is responsible for paying all statutory costs including workers compensation, superannuation and PAYG and GST.
