Norm Geist has only recently joined Complete Staff Solutions. He is proud to be the Western Sydney and Southern NSW Manager of Complete Staff Solutions. Janeen has recently joined Complete Staff Solutions and brings with her 18 years knowledge of the recruitment business. She has been involved in Blue Collar, White Collar, Nursing and Hospitality for both temporary and permanent placements.
Norm has 13 years experience in recruitment for industrial organisations including heavy engineering, food manufacturing, and rail & mining equipment manufacturing as well as local Government recruitment. He also has over 20 years experience in Steel Manufacturing, Industrial Gases & Aerosols.
Norm is also member of the RCSA and is on the National Executives for Safety & Compensation and Work Place Relations and is a councilor for the Regional NSW/ACT State Council and Chair of the NSW RCSA OHS Workgroup.

Janeen has extensive exposure to large scale numbers as well as minor placements, all of which she treats equally. She is extremely strong on the customer service side of the business and is passionate about keeping both clients and candidates happy.
