Deborah is experienced in all matters of recruitment, occupational health and safety, salary administration, workers compensation, rehabilitation and risk management. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Mid North Coast area that is second to none, being a local all her life, which provides her with an understanding of employment conditions and requirements of employers in the area.
Deborah has several formal qualifications in the principles and practices of Human Resources Management including a certificate in Foundations of Human Resources, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and a certificate in Industrial Relations. She also has completed several OH&S certificates to complement her experience.

Julie has completed a certificate in Workcover OH&S Risk Management and Recruitment and Selection and has a strong administration background.
